These Terms of Service govern access to and use of LearnyFriend’s platform and public website. By using LearnyFriend, you agree to these terms.
Accounts & eligibility
Access is provided through authorized school accounts. Users must keep credentials confidential and provide accurate information. Students typically use accounts provisioned by their school.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse AI features to cheat, harass, or violate academic integrity policies.
- Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not upload unlawful or infringing content.
School responsibilities
Schools are responsible for obtaining appropriate consents, managing roles and enrollment, and using the platform in accordance with applicable education and privacy laws.
Intellectual property
LearnyFriend, its branding, software, and documentation remain our intellectual property. School-provided curriculum and content remain the school’s property, subject to the license needed to operate the service.
Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may evolve; material plan changes will be communicated to account administrators.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LearnyFriend is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Educational outcomes depend on many factors beyond software.
